I’m Isam Kabir, a qualified M&A lawyer from India, former Wealth Manager in London, and Director of Welment Capital, with cross-border expertise spanning law, finance, and real estate across India, the UK, and the UAE.

My career began in Mergers & Acquisitions law, where I learned how major deals are structured and how wealth is protected through precision, compliance, and negotiation.
In London, I advanced into Wealth Management, completing my MSc in Management & Finance from the University of London and a Wealth Management Internship at J.P. Morgan, where I mastered portfolio growth, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Today, I bring that global experience to Dubai’s real estate market, helping investors and high-net-worth clients make strategic, compliant, and high-return investments
